Data Deletion Instructions

Introduction

TenthMatrix ("we," "us," or "our") respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with your use of our websites, shop, and services — including accounts created or signed in with Facebook, Google, Apple, or email. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, use one of the methods below. We will verify your identity before processing the request.

2. Facebook / Meta Login Users

If you signed in to Workstation Shop or other TenthMatrix services using Facebook Login, you can request deletion of the data we received from Facebook and the account data we created for that sign-in.

• In the shop: Sign in → Your account → Deactivate account (auto-closes after 90 days)
• From TenthMatrix: Email privacy@tenthmatrix.com with subject "Facebook Data Deletion Request" and the email or Facebook name used at sign-in
• From Facebook: Open Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → find TenthMatrix → Remove. Removing the app from Facebook does not automatically delete data already stored by us — please also email us so we can complete deletion on our side
• What we delete: Facebook user ID mapping, profile name/email received via Facebook Login (if stored), shop customer record linked to that login, and related session data

After we process your request, we will email a confirmation. Keep that confirmation for your records.

3. What We Delete

When we approve a deletion request, we delete or anonymize personal data we hold about you, including where applicable:

• Account profile information (name, email, phone, company)
• Authentication identifiers (including OAuth provider IDs from Facebook, Google, or Apple)
• Shop customer records, saved preferences, and chat follow-up emails tied to your account
• Marketing subscription records (unless you ask us only to unsubscribe)
• Support tickets and contact-form submissions linked to your identity, where legally permitted

4. What We May Retain

Some information may be retained where we have a legal obligation or legitimate need:

• Financial and tax records: Invoices and payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law
• Security and fraud logs: Limited logs may be retained for a reasonable period to prevent abuse
• Anonymized analytics: Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be retained
• Legal holds: Data subject to an ongoing legal claim or regulatory inquiry may be retained until the matter is resolved

Retained records are restricted to the purpose that requires retention and are not used for marketing.

5. Timeline

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your identity. Complex requests (for example, data spread across multiple products) may take longer; if so, we will tell you and keep you updated.

• Acknowledgement: Within 7 days
• Identity verification: As needed before deletion
• Completion: Within 30 days in most cases
• Confirmation: Email confirmation when deletion is complete

6. Related Rights
